Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire home, yard, and driveway, making it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. The marina pass must be reserved in advance so everything is seamless when you arrive. Other things to note Glendale Marina parking pass is available for guests, but must be coordinated before arrival No direct lake access from the yard — access is via the marina or nearby beaches. Boat slips are not available at the property. For paid transient slips, guests may contact Fay’s Marina directly—advance contact is recommended. Alternatively, Glendale Marina offers a convenient public boat launch with parking available while in use. Please note this is a launch-only facility, so boats must be launched and removed each time. If you plan to use the marina, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary marina passes.
