You will simply access the house with a code that we'll provide prior to your check-in date. Up to six parking spots in the driveway with one EV charging station are available for your use. NOTE: For your security, the front door, the driveway, and the outside deck overlooking the lake will have Ring cameras. ONLY the outside has cameras for your safety. **** Please note that any water inherently comes with some risks, including but not limited to injury or drowning. Therefore, it is essential to supervise children and exercise caution at all times. ***Engage in swimming and water activities at your own risk.*** Life vests must be worn near or on the water when using any of our provided canoes, paddle boards or kayaks. If there are any reports of noise from other neighbors, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only registered guests (maximum 8, including children) are allowed in the house; no extra guests are allowed. All guests must be registered on the Airbnb website, and the main booking guest must be 25 years old or older. We require all guests to sign the rental agreement.
