Perfect for a business or leisure stay, in a great location—you are just minutes from Lyon and Parc Techlid, and in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards for nature getaways. Lounge area: A bright room with a sofa, TV, coffee table, and storage. Kitchenette area: Fully equipped kitchen with stove top, microwave, fridge, freezer, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, and dishes. A dining area is provided for your breakfasts or quiet dinners. Bathroom: Modern and clean, with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, mirror, washing machine, towel rail, towels provided. Independent entrance: Direct access to the studio via a private door on the ground floor of our house, without stairs. You will be totally self-contained. Located on the ground floor, the studio maintains a pleasant temperature in summer, even on hot days. The accommodation is non-smoking (except on the terrace). Pets not allowed. Ideal for 1 to 2 people. Not suitable for children. To ensure a worry-free stay and to secure your vehicles in the parking lot, the exterior entrance is equipped with a security camera. It is active only at the main entrance and in the parking lot, in strict respect of your privacy.
