Lila - generous spaces 4 km from the center of Padua

Lila is a 110 sqm apartment with three double bedrooms (one small), large living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and second bathroom with shower (without bidet), balcony. Central heating, air conditioning in the entrance and in the largest room. Really generous spaces. It is on the fourth and top floor (with elevator) of a very quiet and well-kept condominium. Residential and green neighborhood, convenient to shops. Bus stop (15 and 24) for the city center in front of the house. The space Lila is an apartment in an elegant building from the early '70s and we tried to maintain its style and taste, even with the decor. The living area consists of a large living room with 2 very comfortable cloth and goose down sofas, dining table, 70s period furniture where you will find maps and tourist brochures, TV. The kitchen is modern, with new appliances, fully equipped with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. There is always some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents. From the living room and the kitchen you can access the long terrace, where you can hang out your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to the Venetian blinds. Two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200), antique closets, and drawers, in which you will find blankets and pillows and backup pillowcases. In one of the rooms the beds are single, but they can comfortably become a double bed with a kit connecting the two mattresses. There is also a third small room, but there is still a 140x200 bed. The largest bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine (no bidet). You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, foam shower and shampoo at your disposal (enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping). At the entrance you will find a large closet for coats, a shoe rack and cleaning material (broom and vacuum cleaner). In the house you will be at your disposal other cleaning materials, iron and ironing board, clothesline. The floors are marble, in the rooms you will find parquet and in the bathrooms ceramic. The bathrooms were renovated in the 1990s. The heating in Lila is centralized and each radiator has its own valve with the possibility of adjusting the best climate comfort desired. In the larger bedroom and entrance there is an air conditioner: the house can be cooled comfortably. In any case, portable fans are available. The windows have double glazing for better energy efficiency. Waste cans for separate collection are on the street near the condominium. The Arcella neighborhood is residential, multi-ethnic, with schools, services and basic shops, it is as if it were a city within the city. So don't expect to find the shops and restaurants of the center: for those, just take public transport and in 15 minutes you will have all this too! Guest access Lila is accessed through a gate on the street. Take a very small step (5 cm) from the condominium garden to the entrance door of the condominium. The apartment is on the fifth and top floor (with an elevator, renovated in 2026 to comply with disability regulations). As for accessibility, apart from this very small initial step, Lila is essentially free of architectural barriers. However, for a standard wheelchair, the bathrooms are not accessible. In honor of the parents who lived here: their names were LIdo and AngeLA, after whose names we named the apartment :) WHAT WE ARE AND WHAT WE ARE NOT It's critical that you know we're not a hotel and we don't want to look like it. Staying with us you will not find 24/7 services or daily cleaning, but so much love and passion in what we do. The towels and sheets we provide are never just white by choice: are the towels used to distinguish the sets between the various guests (one has the yellow ones, the other has the green ones, etc.) and then life is not already difficult enough to not enrich it with a little color?:) We believe in hospitality without labels: we warmly welcome anyone who respects the home and the community. We have been hosting in our homes for over 10 years, and we increasingly want the people who choose us to feel at ease in a home that will be theirs for as long as they wish, rather than in a place where they feel like customers. STAYS FOR SMART WORKING (AGILE WORK) OR STAYS BY FAMILY Our apartment is perfect to be able to work from home, the wifi connection is stable and with good speed. It's also perfect for a family stay. The pandemic has taught us that, in addition to taking the usual care in cleaning all surfaces, it is advisable to wait at least 24 hours between guests, to ensure maximum safety, both for us and for our guests. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION (VOUCHER OR REFUND) Book your stay with peace of mind: we've adopted the "flexible" cancellation policy, so you can change your mind even at the last minute and reschedule your stay at another time. Of course, alternatively, you'll be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your stay. A SUSTAINABLE STAY We try to do our part to help protect our planet. Sheets and towels are washed with long cycles and low temperatures, using low environmental impact detergents, with little fragrance to avoid allergic reactions. In our inventory, we prefer large packs or bulk items to limit packaging. We chose a sustainable electricity provider, we replaced the air-conditioning fixtures and air conditioning systems, low consumption bulbs where possible; when they are not repairable, we are committed to replacing the appliances with new ones in class A. We are committed to cleaning the apartment with detergents and methods with low environmental impact, often made by us with recipes recommended by the who or the main consumer associations. If you want to ask us for information, we will be happy to share our recipes with you! We will be grateful to you to respect our commitment, with simple precautions: respect the recycling: divide wet, paper, glass, plastic and cans (they go together), so as to allow as much recycling as possible and produce the least undifferentiated waste.
