Welcome to Emerald Summit! This top floor, 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps up to 10 guests, features a game room, and panoramic views of the lake! PRIME location at mile marker 14, and situated directly across from one of two pools and the tennis court. The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, several golf courses, and lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, and so much more! The space Kitchen and Dining Area This bright, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a drip coffee maker and a breakfast bar with seating for four. It flows seamlessly into the dining area where there is a formal dining area with seating for six. Living Room The vaulted ceilings in the living room provide an open and airy feel. A stone wall centers the space with a mounted flat screen TV and an electric fireplace for the cozy nights in. There is a leather couch, two accent chairs, and a reading nook with lake views. There is access to the lakefront balcony from the living area. Master Suite The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, flat screen TV, a closet, a reading nook and access onto the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a closet for clothing storage. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a twin over King bunk bed with a twin trundle, a flat screen TV and a closet. Bathroom 2 The second bedroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV, and a single vanity sink with a standalone shower. Loft/Game Room The loft is the perfect place for some friendly competition, featuring 5 arcade style games! Outside Outside on the balcony you will find a large glass top table with seating for six and gorgeous views of the lake. (Gas grills and fireplaces are banned from the Emerald Bay Complex). ***There are 2 parking passes in the unit. Please display in car upon arrival. COMPLEX WILL TOW*** Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note "Listing Notes: Add Listing Notes disclosure: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
