However, if your boat cannot go through an area that’s 12-18” deep, you will not be able to get through at this location. Please note though, there is a boat launch and storage marina minutes away if that is an issue. Many boaters love the area and do use the space with no issues. Second-Floor Location: This is a single leveled home located on stilts which will require stairs. You'll enjoy enhanced privacy and canal views. Please note there is no elevator on site.
