We guarantee a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in a convenient location: Tampa International Airport: 6 min(4,2 m) Rocky Point Golf Course: 2 min(0.7 m) Ben T Davis Beach: 6 min(4,2 m) International Plaza and Bay Street: 8 min(4,3 m) Raymond James Stadium: 11 min(6.2 m) Clearwater Beach: 28 min(20.1 m) Busch Gardens: 21 min(17 m) The space I am a great lover of traveling and staying on Airbnb and I am going to tell you from my perspective the things that I always look for and that this apartment has them. 1) You will have parking with space for two cars, completely private and with an independent entrance, nobody will ever ask you to move the car from place. 2) You will have a completely paved parking lot, forget about parking in the mud or on the grass. 3) You have a kitchen equipped with everything. 4) You have your private terrace for when you want to get some fresh air or light a cigarette with a cup of coffee. 5) An extreme cleaning. 6) Finally, you have a host who will never bother you but will be 100% willing to help you or answer any questions you have. These are the points that I look for the most when selecting for accommodation and I have worked so that my apartment has them for you. Guest access The space is entirely private, no shared areas at all. You’ll have exclusive access to everything, including private parking for up to two cars (as shown in the photos) and your very own terrace, perfect for relaxing in total comfort and privacy. Other things to note I want you to feel at home from the very first moment, which is why it’s important to me that you’re familiar with the space. I have a great relationship with my neighbors, and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. I kindly ask that you maintain a respectful attitude and avoid excessive noise. This is not a suitable space for parties or events. Your safety is very important to me, which is why the property is equipped with security cameras around the perimeter, offering extra peace of mind during your stay. There is also another Airbnb unit on the property. It’s completely independent with no shared areas, ensuring privacy for all guests.
