Relax outdoors in a peaceful mountain setting with a beautifully cozy front deck area or walk to the back where you will find a wood burning fireplace with a small sitting area. Inside you will find beautiful vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, a Smart TV, hi-speed wifi internet with Ac/ heating. [759 sq ft cozy cabin] The space ABOUT THE SPACE 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔 Relax in a warm and inviting A-Frame style cozy cabin. Choose from one of the many seating options: the large oversized sofa, a comfy lounge chair. The large french doors and windows bring the outdoors inside, you'll feel like you are amongst the mountains. You can grab a book and relax in the reading nook, or play one of our many social games we keep at the cabin loft. A favorite option is to sit at the kitchen bar while watching a movie on our Smart TV (from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more). 𝗞𝗜𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗡 & 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 A fully equipped kitchen providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel appliances, pots and utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, and a coffee maker. The cabinets and open shelves are stocked with plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses and beer mugs. A gourmet selection of salts and cooking spices from around the world that we can’t wait for you to experience! 𝗕𝗘𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦 Primary bedrooms is downstairs Both bedrooms have a cozy feeling with hangers, and extra blankets The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, The secondary bedroom is upstairs and offers a trundle bed with two twin beds. 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 A bathroom with a modern cabin feeling stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer. Guest access Guest access Guests will have access to the entire vacation home. Other things to note ⁕ ⁕ anging Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there. 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 Please be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly especially during winter months. We are unable to honor last-minute cancellations due to weather/road conditions. Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Frazier Park. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Frazier Park. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays.
