We are walkable to some of the best local neighborhood restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping essentials in the western Winston Salem region. This is a perfect place to stay while visiting friends or family who live in Old/ New Sherwood, Buena Vista, or Wake Forest University area. Come stay while going to home athletic events including football and basketball games, tennis and golf tournaments, parent weekends, graduations, LJVM events, Hanes Brands Theater performances, Winston-Salem Open, Gears and Guitars Festival, and so much more. We will be sure all details are covered including a welcome binder outlining our personal favorite places to eat and shop. Feel at home while you are away. On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master houses a king size bed and has a spacious walk-in closet for your clothes. The attached bathroom has a double vanity sink, shower and a large garden tub! Bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds along with a closet and luggage rack! Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds with closet and luggage rack! The laundry closet, full kitchen, sun room, dining room (with seating for up to 8) and living room are also located on the main floor. Between bedroom 2 and 3 you will find a spacious bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combo! On the lower floor you will find a half bath, Murphy queen bed and a second living room area! There is also a spacious back deck and back yard for family fun, relaxing or letting the pups have some fun in the sun! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. We do utilize the garage however, as storage for the home so this is not available to our guests.
