The space The apartment is equipped with Air conditioning, one Queen size bed and a sofa cum bed which can comfortably accomodate 4 guests, and a bath room with Geyser, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction cooking stove, utensils and cutlery. Also iron, iron board, hair dryer, wardrobe, wifi, power backup dedicated workspace for your comfort & convenience. There is a UV water purifier to ensure safe drinking water. Also there is a washing machine available for use in the laundry room which is shared by the 3 apartments in the building. It has a hi speed wifi connectivity and a dedicated workspace perfect for a work from home setting. Also it has inverter backup for the lights and fans for your added comfort in case of an occasional power failure. Guest access The area houses 3 independent studio apartments and a common laundry room. The access to the outside is through a main door that has a digital lock to ensure the safety of the guests. The laundry room is equipped with a fully automatic washing machine which is available for the guests of all 3 apartments to use.
