During special events at the Plaza or Nelson-Atkins Museum, parking may be limited. We recommend planning accordingly, taking the Streetcar or using ride-share services when needed. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in. *RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
