The Studio. Smallspace design: solo/couple stays

For adults (18+) who enjoy the outdoors, seeking a couples or solo stay. A self-contained small space with 2-ring hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster & coffee machine, table, sofa and a standard double Murphy bed are provided in the one room, with ensuite shower and wash basin over toilet small space solution. The space Built on the original riverbed of Yr Afon Ddu, our home blends a traditional stone cottage with a modern extension. Your accommodation is in the original structure, featuring A-frame beams, a Murphy bed, extendable dining table and compact ensuite shower room. Designed to make clever use of the space, think motorhome without the wheels. The Studio at Bwthyn Bach is a compact, private annexe attached to our full time home in Llanfairfechan, ideally suited to one or two adult guests (18+) looking for a comfortable base in North Wales. The studio has its own entrance, a double Murphy bed, compact en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette with a two-ring induction hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. There is also a television with streaming access, Wi-Fi and secure bike storage. Please note that this is a small studio designed for a maximum of two adults in total. There is one double bed only and no space for an additional bed, cot or travel cot. The accommodation has not been childproofed and does not provide a highchair, changing mat, nappy bin, baby bath or other facilities for infants or young children. The open kitchenette and accessible cooking equipment may also be unsuitable for very young guests. Maximum occupancy is strictly two registered guests. Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted to enter or stay overnight for insurance purposes. The studio is attached to our home, although guests have their own private entrance and self-contained space. We ask guests to respect the quiet residential setting and the stated occupancy limit as well as all house rules and airbnb policies. Please note that we live down a single track lane. Ideally located for exploring Conwy, Gwynedd and Ynys Môn (Anglesey). Guest access Your space is a studio set up with ensuite facilities and your own entrance. Your own sitting area on the garden is also provided at the front gable end of the studio. Please note that only registered guests are able to access the property, incuding the garden during your stay. Other things to note The studio is a compact, self-contained annexe designed to make the most of the space — ideal for short stays (think campervan-style comfort without the wheels). This reflects our lifestyle and what our part of the world has to offer. It is attached to our home, but has its own private entrance and outdoor space. We live on site with two friendly dogs. We are perfectly placed for walkers and hikers with good public transport links, we live on the Camino Cymru and are 10 minutes off other Carneddau routes. Due to the layout and size, the space is suited to 1–2 adult guests. We have one standard double bed available to share, it's a pull down, so sits low. We use a septic tank, which means just toilet paper down the loo and no potions, lotions or chemicals as we have to be very careful what we use to clean.
