Children under 16 are not allowed to stay The space A 45 m² apartment, distributed in a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with an integrated kitchen and breakfast bar. It has a sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest. It has an outdoor patio for exclusive use, with spectacular views of the entire bay of Playa de Santiago. It is an isolated building, which only shares a wall with another apartment and has no building above it, which provides greater tranquility. Guest access The Santa Ana apartments are located in Playa de Santiago, a small town in the south of the island. The complex consists of only 14 apartments, three modules of 4 units, (two upstairs and two downstairs) and a module of 2 units. A cozy pool with hammocks and umbrellas. The apartments are made of wood. The complex is located on a "hill" above the cliff. 10 minutes from downtown (walking along a sidewalk) and 3 km by car. All have ocean views. Other things to note Built in wood, a first phase of 6 units was completed in 1995. Another second and last phase of 8 units put into operation in April 2000. American kitchen (kitchen separated from the living room by a bar) with refrigerator, electric water heater, two-burner ceramic stove, no oven, but with everything basic and necessary to be able to cook. 1 large balcony with table and chairs. 2 keys Maximum 2 people.
