Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen + 1 x Bunk Bed (2 singles) - Air conditioning is top floor in primary living/kitchen/dining only. - Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Reverse Aircon in open plan lounge kitchen area. Plug-in radiant heaters are supplied for bedrooms. Other things to note *Important Advice: Any guest wishing to fish in the waters of Lake Macquarie must comply with the relevant laws as defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1994. This includes (but is not limited to), holding a fishing license where necessary, knowing and respecting bag & size limits and not fishing in protected waters. Please note that many areas of Lake Macquarie house Razor Clams - please don't take risks and always wear solid footwear when walking through water or playing on shoreline rocks. Any guest intending to use crab pots are reminded to not place them within the vicinity of any moored vessel on the Lake. Pots can move in lake tidal waters & the wind and can cause stressful and extremely costly damage to our neighbours boats. Crab pot lines easily become wrapped around props and keels as well as mooring lines. When this happens, it is not a simple matter of removing the crab pot line, it can cost up to $20000 in repairs to the damaged equipment on the boat.
