The space House Rules & Policies 🏡 Check-in & Check-out · Check-in time: after 3:00 PM · Check-out time: before 11:00 AM · Self check-in: We will send you the check-in guide on the day of arrival. · Early check-in / Late check-out: Subject to availability; fees may apply. --- 🚭 No Smoking Smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of RM500. 🐾 No Pets Violation of the no-pet policy will result in a penalty of RM200. 🍽️ Food Restrictions Please do not bring strong-smelling food (e.g., durian) into the unit. Violation will result in a penalty of RM200. --- 🛠️ Damage & Replacement Policy Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. The following charges apply: · Lost access card: RM200 per card · Lost key: RM100 per key · Damaged linens or furniture: charged at the item’s original price · Extra cleaning fee for excessive dirtiness: RM300 --- 🔇 Noise Policy To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours, excessive noise or disturbances after 11:00 PM are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a penalty of RM200. --- 🏊 Facilities Usage · Swimming pool & gym: No booking required; free to use. · Other facilities: Must be booked 3 working days in advance. Deposits and charges may apply. --- ⚡ Utility Policy (for long stays only) For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity usage is capped at RM350 per month.
