There are 2 full bathrooms, 2 screened-in porches, a separate back deck area with fire pit, a Boat dock with covered-slip available & enough parking for 3 boats The space Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, (1 of the king rooms has a desk in case this is a working vacation for you!) & the 3rd room has 1 queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, 2 screened-in porches, (the front porch overlooks a horse farm and the back porch overlooks the canal), a separate back deck area with fire pit, a Boat dock with 1 covered-slip available & enough parking for 3 boats, a large fenced backyard, plenty of on-site parking for vehicles and boat trailers, kitchen & laundry. WIFI is available, Smart TV enabled for streaming. Pets are welcome with the non-refundable pet-fee but we do request that you keep pets off the furniture. If you want to prepare & cook meals, we suggest you bring food with you as the nearest grocery store is about 30 mins away. There is a Dollar General nearby that carries some basic groceries to get you by if needed or if you forgot something. There are also several great restaurants near by if you prefer to dine out or order delivery. A private boat ramp at the end of the street is suitable for boats under 20' or there is a larger boat ramp nearby at Renegades on the River for a small fee. Stay & enjoy all the local area has to offer, visit Historic St Augustine which is an hour's drive North-east or visit beautiful Deland FL which is an hour in the other direction.
