Please be aware that the ground is in its natural state, which means it is uneven, and hazards may exist that could cause a trip or fall. To access the loft bed, you need to be capable of climbing up and down a ladder. **Off-Grid** Please note that this is an off-grid, solar-powered house, which relies on rain for water and the sun for power, supplemented by battery and tank storage. The solar electricity will allow you to charge basic technology such as your phone; however, you won't be able to use or charge any other devices. Do not bring hair dryers or other appliances that require a strong power supply. **Water Supply:** The house has a limited rainwater supply available for drinking, showers and household use. **Septic System:** The house is equipped with a compostable toilet. Please read the instructions in the house manual before using it. **Internet Access:** The property does not have Wi-Fi; however, has limited mobile reception. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the quality of the reception, as it may vary with weather conditions. No compensation will be provided for connectivity issues. **Activities**: You are welcome to engage in passive recreation on the property, which includes walking and mountain biking. We do not allow motorised activities, such as motorbike riding or the use of recreational vehicles. **Wildlife:** Given the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be present. Please note that we will not be liable for any disturbances caused by wildlife. By booking this property, you acknowledge this risk, even though such occurrences are pretty rare. **Bushfire Zone:** We are situated in a bushfire-prone area. Your stay may be cancelled if the property is under threat from a bushfire. We will provide as much notice as possible, but please understand that we can only inform you based on the information received from bushfires and emergency alerts. Bushfire ratings will also affect guests' use of the outside fire pit. **Fire Pit** The statutory NSW Bush Fire Danger Period runs from October 1 to March 31 each year. Due to the remote location, landscape and the lack of water supply, ALL outdoor fires are NOT PERMITTED during the Bush Fire Danger Period. **Firewood:** Fire starters and a lighter are available to help you start a fire in the fire pit. If you wish to enjoy the fire for an extended period, you are welcome to collect any fallen branches from around the area. Additionally, there is a small tin shed to the west of the tiny house for storing timber during periods of wet weather. If you remove dry timber from the shed, please refill it so the wood has time to dry out for the next guest. We look forward to welcoming you to Glenurie Hill! Registration Details PID-STRA-72795
