This air-conditioned bush cabin is fully self-contained with full kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and dining and lounge areas. A covered deck with outdoor dining and gas BBQ compliments the space allowing all weather use. The bedding configuration includes a comfy double bed plus convertible lounge providing comfortable sleeping for up to 4 guests. Enjoy our sparkling pool, ping pong and billiard tables, take a dip in the beautiful Wollondilly River or hike to the majestic Cascades ! The space Nested in River Island Nature Retreat, our property has an abundance of wildlife including friendly kangaroos, birds and even platypus ! All guests have use of our sparkling swimming pool and hot tub, games area with ping pong and billiard tables and participate in regular events hosted in 'The Barn' function and dining area. Adjoining the national park, guests have direct access to some amazing bush walks including to the Cascades within 45 minutes' walk from the cabin. For the more adventurous, take a swim in the majestic Wollondilly River to appreciate the true natural beauty of this property. Our reception sells a variety of snacks, drinks and essentials if needed. Guest access Cabin guests have complete access to the park facilities including pool, spa, games area, river swimming and BBQ's throughout the property. Other things to note River Island Nature Retreat is a place to relax and unwind and as such we appreciate guests respecting this and enjoying their stay in a peaceful and well-behaved manor.
