HOUSE RULES • Please respect the property and neighbours. • Strictly no parking on the driveway to the Jetty. • No indoor smoking • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval. • Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • No parties allowed. • Small gatherings are subject to approval. • Pets are not allowed.` • Please take care of your trash during your stay.
