This private home accommodates up to 5 guests, ideal for families or small groups. The space About the Space This is a two-story traditional Japanese house, fully renovated for comfort while preserving its classic charm. We offer three private guest rooms: One on the first floor room 1 (up to 2 guests) Another on the second floor room 2 (up to 2 guests) room 3 (for 1 guest) When you use the room 3, please do not step out onto the balcony. We have an agreement with our neighbors to ensure that guests’ voices do not carry or cause any disturbance. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and enjoy your stay quietly. The dining area is small and is set up with two chairs. You are welcome to bring additional chairs from Room 1; however, please note that there is not enough space to comfortably accommodate five guests. Thank you for your understanding. ■From Narita Airport to Ebisu By train: About 90 minutes. Take the Narita Express (N’EX) to Tokyo Station, then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Ebisu Station. By taxi: Around 90–120 minutes depending on traffic, approximately JPY 25,000–30,000. ■From Haneda Airport to Ebisu By train: About 40–50 minutes. Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Ebisu Station. By taxi: Around 25–40 minutes depending on traffic, approximately JPY 6,000–8,000. ■From Tokyo Station to Ebisu By train: About 20 minutes. Take the JR Yamanote Line directly to Ebisu Station. By taxi: Around 20–30 minutes depending on traffic, approximately JPY 3,000–4,000. ■ Ebisu Station (JR Yamanote Line / Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) Approximately 8 minutes on foot About 3–5 minutes by taxi (JPY 500–600) ■ Hiroo Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line) Approximately 12 minutes on foot About 4–6 minutes by taxi (JPY 500–700) Guest access We offer the entire house for your stay. The kitchen, shower room, toilet, and all essential facilities are fully equipped for your comfort. We are very sorry, but due to agreements with our neighbors, only registered guests are allowed to enter the property. Therefore, it is not possible to invite friends or anyone who is not included in the reservation. A smart security camera is installed at the entrance for safety and management purposes. If we confirm entry by anyone who is not listed on the reservation, a penalty fee of ¥30,000 will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. No entry will be permitted for anyone not listed in the reservation book. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Smoking and wearing shoes indoors are prohibited. Japanese garbage rules can be complicated, so for longer stays, the owner will take care of the trash. Burnable garbage is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Recyclables (plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles) are collected on Fridays—please separate them accordingly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
