Picture this: a gorgeously designed traditional bajan chattel house with a modern twist, nestled within a secluded and fully enclosed property located on a cliff top with an ocean view of Carlisle Bay that'll take your breath away. And the sunset... it's truly one of the most beautiful in the world! Plus, we have some super interesting wild green monkeys that usually swing by twice a day to munch on our fruit trees - you won't want to miss them! But here's the best part, you can enjoy all of these amazing sights from the comfort of a king sized bed or just sitting on the couch watching TV. This house was purpose built with you in mind to make sure you feel fully immersed in nature with lots of trees, ocean views, sunshine and a plethora of tropical wildlife that's sure to make your jaw drop. Safety is always a top priority, thats why we have security cameras monitoring the property perimeter but we've made sure to create an unmonitored private outdoor area so you can relax in peace. There are a number of cameras monitoring the main entrances and fence gates surrounding the cliff but rest assured your privacy is guaranteed and always respected. There are absolutely no cameras monitoring your indoor spaces! And last but not least...we can't forget the air conditioning - it's a total game changer in this tropical paradise. Our property is conveniently located on the perimeter of the capital city of Bridgetown, putting you within a 20 minute walk of all that the city has to offer, including Carlisle Bay marine Park with the most gorgeous beaches in Barbados and amazing waters ports activities! Other things to note Please be reminded the monkeys are wild. They are timid and typically stay away from humans but do not provoke them. They also steal things (especially colorful or metallic objects like spoons....they really like spoons) . So please always keep your valuables in a safe place.
