There is a small bar and grill right on the property as well as a coffee shop where you can get ice cream, coffee and sandwiches. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards and games and puzzles. Strict no pets policy by HOA. Other things to note This unit is down the peninsula in an area called Fort Morgan. At the end of the peninsula is a ferry that you can put your car on to go to Dauphin Island for a day of sightseeing. The condo faces the Gulf, and the other side of the peninsula is the lagoon.
