This includes the pool, basketball court, soccer field, pickleball area, playground, and outdoor seating areas. There is plenty of parking available on the property for multiple vehicles. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors and follow house rules regarding noise and gatherings. Other things to note We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly home for all our guests. Please review the following details before booking: • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • The pool area is private and for registered guests only. Children must always be supervised by an adult. • Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Please request this in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. • Outdoor security cameras are installed around the exterior of the property for safety (there are no cameras inside the home). • Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. • A BBQ grill is available for guest use. Please clean it after use to avoid an additional cleaning charge. • The property offers ample free parking on the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. • This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and avoid loud music or gatherings late at night.
