The space Hacienda Chiquita is a cozy, private basement apartment designed for comfort and simplicity. With warm wood finishes, soft lighting, and modern touches, it’s the perfect retreat for couples or small families exploring Buena Vista’s South Main neighborhood and nearby Arkansas River. 🛋️ Living Room The living area feels relaxed and welcoming, featuring a bright leather sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, a Smart TV for movie nights, and a small dining bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Simple décor and warm lighting create a comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventure. 🍽️ Kitchen Compact yet well-equipped, the kitchen includes a stovetop, toaster oven, refrigerator, and open shelving with dishes and glassware. This is a private unit with its own exterior entrance and no shared spaces. While the Hacienda Mosaic home sits above, it’s rented separately, so you’ll enjoy complete comfort and privacy during your stay. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
