ATV trails nearby. Wilds and Willows golf course within 15-25 minute drive. The space The Gull’s Perch is a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage that blends outdoor adventure with modern comfort. Located in cabin country, this cottage is remote. Overlooking Middle Gull Pond, the home features a full kitchen, an outdoor gas fireplace, a BBQ, and a cozy fire pit—perfect for relaxed mornings or evenings under the stars. Please note that we do not provide any kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, etc. Guests looking to participate in this must bring their own. 🛒 Groceries & Dining Near Middle Gull Pond Middle Gull Pond is a peaceful, rural cabin area where guests come to relax and unplug. Please note that there are no stores, gas stations, or restaurants within walking distance. This area is truly a nature retreat, so a vehicle is essential. To make the most of your stay, we recommend picking up groceries, snacks, and any other essentials before arriving. 🚗 Nearest Towns with Services: Avondale (12 min): A few local food options and a convenience store with liquor store. Brigus Junction (15 min): Small general store for basic supplies. Holyrood (23 min): Tim Hortons, Diner, Convenience stores, and fast food. Conception Bay South / Paradise / St. John’s (30–45 min): Full-service grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, and shopping options. Guest access Please note: the utility room, garage, and storage room are not accessible to guests during their stay. Other things to note Mini Golf Seasonal Closure Please note that our mini golf course will be closed for the season starting October 2025, or earlier if weather conditions require. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other amenities available during your stay. To reach the cabin, you'll travel along an unpaved road. The cabin is perched on a hill with a steep gravel driveway/ Please consider this when booking to make sure your vehicle is able to travel this terrain. There are both exterior and interior stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or smaller children. Pond access is PUBLIC and use is at the guest’s own risk. Guest are asked to respect the pond and surrounding area. Guest must take their belongings and garbage with them after using the pond. We use cleaning products that may be scented. If you have sensitivities, please let us know in advance — while we will do our best to accommodate, we may not be able to remove all scented products. Our property is dog-friendly! If you are bringing a dog, please inform us at the time of booking. Guests with allergies to dogs should be aware that although we complete a thorough cleaning after each stay, this is a dog-friendly unit.
