For a smooth, hassle-free arrival, we provide a secure door code for easy self check-in. 🚗 Parking: Enjoy convenient parking for up to 5 vehicles — 1 in the private garage and up to 4 in the driveway. 🏖️ Beach Access: The home is just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy Corolla’s beautiful coastline anytime. 📘 Digital Guidebook: Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a comprehensive digital guidebook with essential property information, parking details, amenity instructions, and curated recommendations for attractions and dining to help you make the most of your stay. Other things to note 🎮 Game room with Smart TV & Nintendo Switch 2 Enjoy a Nintendo Switch 2 loaded with Mario Kart, NBA 2K26, and Madden 26. 🔒 Please note: The console is locked into the base station for security purposes. This means: • It cannot be removed, • Guests cannot insert their own games, and • Only the pre-loaded games are available for use. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Accommodations We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $200 pet fee. This covers extra hair cleanup. Please note: Additional $200 fee if waste (urine/feces) is found • Guests must clean up after their dog • Pets may not be left unattended (to prevent barking issues) • Dogs are not allowed in the pool • Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog ⚠️ Important House Notes • No adhesives on walls • No tape, hooks, stickers, or other materials that can cause damage. • No glitter- glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can permanently affect surfaces. 🐜 Pests • Corolla has harmless Midges, which look similar to mosquitos but do not bite. They’re a protected species in Corolla and are attracted to light, so please keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when possible. • Snakes from nearby marshes are occasionally spotted—if you see one, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for removal. • Bug spray is recommended for outdoor enjoyment.
