Guest access The apartment is peacefully located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet near Annecy. Parking is available for up to two cars directly on-site. A large utility vehicle can also be accommodated without any issue. Self check-in is available via a secure key box. Access instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The entrance to the apartment is through the terrace, accessible via six wide steps. Please note that the apartment is in an old stone building and, due to its layout (stairs, door widths, etc.), it is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. A Nescafé Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine (standard model, not Néo) is available in the apartment. We can provide baby equipment upon request: travel crib, high chair, baby bouncer, children's toys, and more. Dogs are welcome under certain conditions: - They must not be left unattended outside (the property is not fenced and we have free-roaming chickens). - They are not allowed on beds or sofas. - Any damage caused, indoors or outdoors, will be at your expense.
