A perfect headquarters for couples, solo adventurers, surfers and yogis. You can stroll to everything in Playa Negra, six restaurants , markets, surf shops, yoga studios and our beaches. The space Swimming pool steps away from your cabina. 100MB HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC INTERNET. 7 minute stroll to beach. Tons of storage, laundry available. The bedroom has a Double Bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper and high quality linens. There is a futon in the dining/ living area. Plenty of pillows, Two AIR conditioning units, HOT WATER. Totally Safe, private, gated entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven with 4 burner stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven /air fryer, coffee maker, hot water pot, rice maker, blender, All pots, pans, dishes, Tupperware, and utensils to cook and store full meals. And sharp knives OMG!! Just outside the door is your outdoor covered Patio sitting and outdoor dining area with, Adirondack chairs, two hammocks and solid Guanacaste wood dinette. One of the prettiest and most well maintained properties in town. Pick fruit in season from my trees. Lemon, lime, mango, banana, dragon fruit, guanábana, Barbados cherry, manzana de agua, manzana rosa, guayaba and more. Plenty of Locked storage for surf boards and gear. Private parking. A car is nice to have in Costa Rica BUT at Casa La Jolla you can WALK TO EVERYTHING: WORLD CLASS SURF BREAKS, 2 YOGA STUDIO, SURF SHOP, SURFBOARD SUP RENTAL, 3 MARKETS, 5 RESTAURANTS, MASSAGE Studio. DONT SETTLE FOR STAYING IN THE BOONDOCKS 1-2 Miles from the beach WHERE YOU CANT walk and CHECK THE SURF. Don’t settle for the hard cheap beds most hosts offer, don’t settle for insect ridden places where hosts don’t spray for bugs. Don’t settle! This is a stand-alone completely equipped small apartment/ bungalow with private entrance and full privacy. Super well maintained. Cute! Very clean. This is not a multi unit ghost host property . I am Jeffrey your host, I live on the property, a retired surfer enjoying my dream. I am one of the most available hosts you will find, fully engaged when you need me. But respecting privacy to the fullest. It is very quiet here yet also very close to the only restaurants, shops in town. I am available to my guests as a personal adventure guide. I am an outgoing enthusiastic lover of life!. Guest access Mi casa es su casa! You can access all areas of the 4,000square meter / 1 acre property. Pick fresh fruits in season. June-August typically Surfing, SUP ,swimming, fishing, Yoga, biking, hiking, nature walks, bird watching or just relax. If you have a car I will direct you to private secret beaches, waterfalls, lush forest hikes, cultural sites, swimming areas, zip lines, and horseback riding. If you do not have a car no worries! from Casa La Jolla You can Walk to one of the best surf breaks and scenic beaches in all the Pacific side, walk to 5 restaurants. Walk to world class Yoga. Walk to Rent bikes and boards. There are 5 surf breaks within 5-15 minutes walk and 10 secluded beaches within 10 minutes driving. Other things to note Casita has COLD AC AND HOT WATER. No bugs because I fumigate. Be careful many of the cheaper places have no AC, hard beds, bugs and cold water only... and are far from the beach. My place is located in the center of our small village but set off the road in a beautiful quiet garden oasis. The Cabina is small but well appointed, clean, safe and bug free
