As this is a quiet residential area, we kindly ask that you do not arrive after 11:00 PM. Check-in Procedure There is no on-site staff. Please use the key box to access the key. After booking, please complete guest registration via the provided URL. Guests living overseas are required to provide passport details. Check-out Please check out by 11:00 AM. Cleaning staff will arrive shortly after. If you would like to stay in the area after check-out, feel free to ask us in advance. Evening Hours Please avoid using the garden after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. As this is a traditional row house and café staff next door may stay overnight, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. Location The area has narrow and steep roads. It may not be ideal for guests without a car or those with mobility difficulties. Smoking Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere on the property. Children If bringing children under 6 years old, please inform us in advance. Children sharing a bed with parents may stay free of charge. Meals An optional breakfast plan is available. There are restaurants nearby, but many require reservations or have irregular schedules, so planning ahead is recommended. For Longer Stays Towels and sheets are not replaced during your stay. Please use the washing machine if needed. No mid-stay cleaning service is provided. If trash becomes full, please contact us. Insects As the house is surrounded by nature, insects may occasionally appear. Spray is provided. If you are very uncomfortable with insects, this property may not be suitable. Security A camera at the entrance is used to confirm identity and guest numbers. Fire & BBQ BBQ and open flames are not permitted. Important This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise low, especially at night. In rare cases of serious disturbance, we may need to ask guests to leave. We appreciate your understanding. House Rules • Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. • Lost or damaged items may incur charges. • Undeclared guests will be charged ¥20,000 per person. • Failure to follow sauna rules resulting in complaints may incur a ¥10,000 fee per person. • Please separate trash properly. • Wash used dishes and cookware. • No smoking on the property. • One parking space only.
