Take it easy in this tranquil spacious getaway. The living room offers warm and inviting features with vaulted ceilings. The driftwood, terrariums, ferns and access to a record player and workout bike make this home comfortable yet versatile. There is easy access to the backyard if you’re a smoker. The space Water 💦 in the kitchen of this home is reverse osmosis and a whole home water filtration system as of October :) . For guests that would like to book stays longer than a couple of weeks, it is important to note that I like to get to know my guests during a stay of that length and will generally inquire about travel/work plans. Please be aware that if there are safety concerns or anything amiss, I may contact Airbnb for these concerns. In order to avoid this from occurring, please remain respectful of the space you inhabit and follow house rules accordingly. Safely guard bedroom key and keep it with you at all times! 🔑 Please keep tv remote control in the bedroom. Also, Please do not attempt to hack the Wi-Fi account in order to gain control of the bandwidth and or applications of the devices that are being used from others that live here (ie, myself, my partner, and roommate) No firearms or weapons are allowed on this property. Also, no nudity or exposure in common spaces in the household. This includes hallways, kitchen, front porch, dining room, living room, laundry room, garage, front yard, side yard or backyard. As a recent (and 1st time homebuyer) the backyard and front yard are a work in progress. We are making the decision to let some native plants continue to grow while also making the space accessible to my houseguests - please watch your step and the activities of your pets and children while in this outdoor space. However, if there seems to be a large tree in your way - please trust my partner and I to remove it (and all its branches and twigs) within a 7 hour time span! (yes!, we’ve done this before and work well as a team.)😝 The living room has a tea/coffee station equipped with mugs and a mini refrigerator available at your convenience. The living room is a step down from the entrance and kitchen- so again, please watch your step here. If you have service dogs, please contact me in the event that you plan on leaving them at my property unattended. Guests may park on the street in front of the house or directly beside the house as this is a corner house, but not inside the garage. You will see throughout my listing that there is absolutely no vaping allowed inside the property. I kindly ask that you step outside to vape/smoke. Guest access Guests may enter through the front door and will be provided a code to access the key to the front door. Guests may access the living room, kitchen, the record player in the dining room, washer and dryer behind the kitchen near the garage, hallway restroom and backyard During your stay Hi, I’m Darcy. I work from home and live here with my boyfriend so when you book your stay here, please keep that in mind. Absolutely no vaping/smoking inside the home. Please be aware that soaps, and detergents in the home are fragrance free, pthalate free and paraben free due to health concerns. please kindly keep this in mind in case you are a frequent user of deodorant spray bottles, perfumes or colognes. Also, please note that the restroom is a shared space - not with myself, but with a female roommate. Please keep that in mind when you decide to book your stay here.
