Children's dishes and children's cups. The apartment has underfloor heating, which is very pleasant in cooler months. 🛏️Master bedroom: Large comfortable bed in the spacious bedroom with 50 inch TV, open wardrobe and direct access to the rear terrace. Complete blackout with wooden blinds. 🛌Guest bedroom: Comfortable bed with direct access to the back terrace. When we are there, we are happy to show you the apartment in person if you would like. Other things to note There is a construction site on the neighboring property. The main terrace and garden are on the other side of the house and are not affected. The construction work can hardly be heard in the apartment or only to a limited extent. They will be completed in the course of 2026. From 5 PM and Saturday & Sunday, the construction site is closed! Fireplace / oven: You can use it if you have received a short introduction beforehand. This can also be done virtually.
