Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or enjoy a unique farm stay experience, this is the ideal place to slow down and recharge 🌾 Guest access 🌿 Please Note – Shared Property This home is located on a beautiful 15-acre rural property that features two separate Airbnb accommodations, as well as a caretaker residence on-site. Each home is fully self-contained, with its own entrance, parking, and outdoor areas. The houses are positioned approximately 100 metres apart, offering a comfortable level of privacy while still being part of a shared property. As this is a working farm, the caretaker (myself) is on-site and attends to the property and animals 7 days a week. You’re welcome to enjoy and explore the open spaces across the property. While there may be other guests staying at the same time, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own experience. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of each other and the peaceful surroundings. Please note: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests You’re welcome to enjoy a relaxed gathering with your group, however no additional visitors are permitted on the property No music after 10:00pm out of respect for neighbours If you’re looking for a peaceful countryside escape with space, nature, and a touch of farm life, this is the perfect place to unwind 🌾 Other things to note 🐄 Guest Interaction / Farm Experience Our friendly farm animals are a highlight of the property. We’re happy to offer opportunities for you and your guests to feed the animals, which can be arranged during our regular feeding times. As this is a working farm, feeding times are set around the animals’ routine, so may not always align with your schedule. Please note, while rare, animals may occasionally be resting or off-site for shows or care and may not always be available during your stay. 🚗 Check-In & Arrival Standard check-in is from 2:00pm. If you’re planning to arrive later in the evening, please let us know in advance and we can leave some lights on to make your arrival easier and more comfortable. ⚠️ Safety & Property Notes As this is a working farm, there is wildlife and animals across the property. Please drive slowly when entering and exiting Be mindful of animals, especially at dawn and dusk Keep an eye out for other guests and children on the property No driving on grassed areas — please stick to designated driveways and parking areas Do not enter animal paddocks unless invited 🧼 Care of the Property We take pride in offering a clean and comfortable space and do not charge a standard cleaning fee.
