The back garden is calm, with a large grass section, plus a fish pond and small bench, winter and summer sandals, a real paradise for families and groups of friends. On warm days, the pool will refresh you after a good ping-pong game. There is a barbecue and baking option. You also have access to the spacious living room from the back garden through a terrace with a sofa set. The large kitchen is equipped if you like to bake and cook. On the lower floor, there is a cozy lobby with a shoe cabinet, a toilet with a hand basin, and the staircase. On the second level there is a large bookshelf with a landing section, a laundry room with large cabinets, a bathroom with a bath and a bedroom with a TV and an attached private patio. To the 3rd level, the stairs are comfortable, but the turning height is lower, so you have to pull your neck in a bit.
