Living Room: Comfortable pullout sofa, flat-screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi. TV: Log into your own streaming services to access shows and movies during your stay. Kitchen: Equipped with an electric oven/stovetop, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, and regular coffee maker. Includes pots, pans, BBQ utensils, and basic spices and oils. A small supply of coffee is provided to start your stay. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, and flat-screen TV. ***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, along with bath towels and washcloths. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also available for your convenience. Located directly beneath the condo. It is used on a first come first serve basis. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to assist you 7 days a week. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Other things to note This area is a quiet, serene community with many full-time residents. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Thank you for your understanding! Parking - There is uncovered parking is available in the common parking lot near the condo. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. If a violation occurs, additional fees will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alteration requests but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
