Countryside Apartment with Sauna and Mountain View

Visit central Vermont with an incredible mountain view from this wonderfully designed studio apartment in rural Berlin. The space The apartment includes a king bed, large closets, a full bathroom, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses and utensils, a small dining area that seats 4, and a living space with a full sofa, arm chair, and a Roku TV with guest mode where you can easily and temporarily sign-in to all of your personal streaming services. There is a designated work space with a desk and chair. If you have a small child we do have a pack and play available in the closet at all times. Enjoy an incredible mountain view from the living room and feel free to enjoy the back yard where you have access to a fire pit and chairs. Primary access is through the front door. You also have a private rear door to access the back yard space from the kitchen. A sauna is available for guests and is shared with the house and other guests. Please message your host to make a reservation. Reservations are for 45 minutes on the hour. We will pre-heat the sauna ahead of your reservation time. We clean at least once a day at the end of the day when in use. Please make reservations a day in advance. Use of sauna is at guests’ own risk. Please review sauna safety and waiver in House Rules. A washer and dryer are available in the kitchen. Free and clear detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Heat is controlled via a thermostat in the unit. AC is controlled via an ultra-quiet heat pump window AC unit. The fireplace is not yet operational - we are actively working to get it serviced and back in safe working order. A drip coffee maker is available along with complimentary packets of coffee grounds, tea bags, creamers and sugar. All bed sheets are 100% cotton. Room darkening and privacy sheer curtains throughout the unit. Bedside lamps feature USB charging ports. Towels are provided for guests. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom as well as rolls of toilet paper. Liquid dish soap, a new sponge, and a paper towels are available in the kitchen. A door code will be provided a day prior to your arrival. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves with your own private entrance. Guests are welcome to utilize the back yard of the property. A short hedge separates the backyard space of the apartment. Other things to note The property is situated on a dirt road. During the winter months when there is snow on the ground or in early spring when it can be muddy, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle equipped with AWD/4WD and/or snow tires to ensure a safe and hassle-free arrival.
