The space This large, contemporary family home has all the modern amenities. Located just 2.5 miles outside the bustling city, it has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths with hot and cold water and very large showers. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are also equipped with both ceiling and standing fans. Located in a very desirable, upscale area of Belize City, it's about 2.5 miles from the nearest beach (Old Belize) and a short distance from water taxis, that go to nearby Cayes (islands). There is a large supermarket/pharmacy, a large hardware store, a hotel and restaurants within walking distance. The city bus stops about a block away, and goes into town. The back yard has a beautiful view of the Belama Canal which leads up to the Belize River. You can sometimes catch a glimpse of a crocodile in the canal, and the occasional boat motoring by. There are also coconut trees in the backyard.
