Other things to note Our home is pet-friendly, but we also expect that you will ensure that our property remains undamaged. Any overt damage, stains or scratches will result in the equivalent loss of your security deposit for replacements or repairs. You MUST read the guide before making any fires, whether inside, outside or sauna. The garage downstairs and its contents are unavailable to our guests, do not attempt to enter. There is a security camera monitoring the space. Our driveway can easily accommodate two parked cars, or the second can be parked at the top of the property near the corner where the fence ends.
