Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies 4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. (this fee is flexible for stays longer than 13 nights... please inquire) You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. NOTE: This fee is included in your rate with Airbnb and VRBO IF YOU INDICATE YOU HAVE A PET IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you.
