The space This is a brand new property with mountain views still 10 minutes to shops and 20 minutes to the beach. • 2 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths: Beautifully designed with natural wood accents, custom distressed tile flooring, and knotty alder doors, our sanctuary home is a haven of comfort. • Primary Bedroom: Featuring a California King organic mattress and sheets, dual sinks, and a separate toilet area, the master suite is a peaceful retreat. • Second Bedroom: A cozy Queen bed with organic mattress and sheets ensures restful sleep. • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing fresh produce grown right on the property. • Outdoor Space: Enjoy panoramic views and the fresh air on the large wrap-around porch. Relax in your private yard with fruit trees, a garden area, and views of the sanctuary grazing area where our goats roam freely. Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: We believe in living sustainably. Our property uses solar energy, 100% recycled water through a 5-stage monitored system, and eco-friendly cleaning products. You can even purchase organic fruits and veggies grown on the property during your stay. Surrounded by endless hiking trails and horse trails. Grocery stores and shopping is 10 minutes away. Beach access is 20 minutes away. Cardiff beach and Moonlight beach are the two closest beaches. Elfin Forest hiking trails are a 10 minute drive. Horse trails are accessible straight from property main road. Guest access You have access to the entire house and the yard around it. There is wall that designates the space. It is on the two sides where the porch is. If you want to hang out with the goats or see the orchards or participate in the sanctuary. Book a farm tour. Suggested donations welcome. Once you learn how to approach the animals you are welcome to hang out with the goats in the goat pastures. We do periodic community dinners in the large barn. Contact us if you are interested in reserving a space for that. Dinner dates are listed on the sanctuary website. Owners live in the house up the hill. This is a private area and designated by fences and off limits without an invitation. Other things to note Farm Sanctuary Experience: As part of the Fortuna Ranch Farm Sanctuary, we rescue farm animals and promote regenerative agriculture. Your stay supports our nonprofit mission. We invite you to visit our sanctuary, meet our rescued goats, and learn about regenerative farming. • Casual Visits: You can observe and interact with the animals during our feedings (closed-toed shoes required). • Formal Tours: For a deeper look at our mission, you can book an educational tour of our sanctuary, which includes an overview of rescue work, regenerative agriculture, and the connection between soil, gut, and brain. Donations are appreciated and may include fresh seasonal produce.
