The cabin has paved roads all the way up, and without inclement weather, most vehicles are fine—but we still recommend 4x4 for safety. • Keurig coffee maker provided (bring your own coffee). • Charcoal grill available (bring your own charcoal). • Cabin includes WiFi and smart TV (no cable—bring your smart TV logins). • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • The cabin features a beautiful outdoor shower, but during periods of extreme cold, we may need to temporarily winterize it for a few days to protect the internal components. This is a precautionary measure to ensure everything stays in great shape, and the indoor shower will remain fully available during that time. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
