Inside, the thoughtfully renovated interior showcases an open-concept kitchen and dining area that flow effortlessly into a sunroom—a cozy nook made for relaxing with a book. The first floor also includes a half bath and a stylish, inviting living room. Upstairs, discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a queen room with river views, a king room, and another king suite with an ensuite bath featuring a clawfoot tub. The floor also includes a second full bathroom with a double shower and a dedicated wellness area with a massage table and Therabody devices, offering a serene space for self-care and relaxation. Guest access The entire Upstate River Retreat is yours (and only yours) to explore and enjoy during your stay. Other things to note PETS We allow up to 3 dogs for $90 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. OUTDOOR SHOWER The outdoor shower will be winterized From November through March. We have a hose to fill the tubs for cold plunges. Hot tub and Sauna are available year round. DISCOUNTS We run last minute bookings, midweek specials and long stay discounts. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions.
