Experience a secluded retreat on 'SERENDIPITY LANE' First morning DIY breaky included. Surburban setting, park outside gate, private entrance, self checkin. Two kms to shopping centre/esplanade. Cosy queen bed. Roku smart TV. Double vanity bathroom, kitchenette and stylish BBQ to enjoy. Coffee Station with variety of coffee/tea. The Hot Tub is heated/cooled for your private use. A three minute walk around corner to BWS, bakery, butchery and IGA. Not equipped for children. The space Relax in bed with a new LED TV featuring Prime, Paramount Plus and all commercial channels, free for you to use. Other than this, you can go into Disney, Netflix, Stan etc. by logging into your account and use your password. WiFi is available and USB ports fitted on both sides of the bed. There is not a full kitchen but a Kitchenette has a breakfast bar and equipped with Air Fryer, Microwave, toaster, Crockery, cutlery and glasses available. Outdoor Gas BBQ on your deck for you to use. Coffee Station includes Plunger with ground coffee, coffee bags, a variety of instant coffees and a large range of teas. Fabulous double vanity bathroom equipped with Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Separate toilet. Although this retreat is attached to our home, it is completely separate and private with great sound proof qualities. The outdoor deck, BBQ and Hot Tub are for your private use and there is nothing nicer than a 38° bubble bath, later in the cool of evening and on summer nights, heated to 32°, cool and refreshing. Please be mindful of the noise that carries loudly in the calm of the night for the neighbours. The Hot Tub is cleaned, topped up, Chlorinated, tested and filter changed with every guest checkout. The cleaning fee is included in your stay and I do not expect guests to be cleaning up or washing up. Please leave anything that requires washing up on the tray provided in the kitchenette. For those staying more than one night, the tray can be left on the shelf near the back gate. The clean tray will be returned in the afternoon. If there us anything you require that is not provided, please make contact, I am always available through messages. If you require an iron and ironing board, message me and I will open the gate to give you access to the laundry. Guest access From the time you enter the gate, the space is all yours. A perfect combination of inside and outside space. If you are bringing a furbaby, please note, that this is a small guest suite, suitable for small dogs and may not suit large dogs who require exercise and space. If you live within the local district, you may be required to show photo ID before lock code is given. Other things to note Although you have a small local shopping area just three minutes away, everything else is very close too. Only 5 minutes by car and you come across Stockland Shopping Centre, including The Noodle Bar, Kebabs and Subway. Just ten minutes by car and you can be at the Hervey Bay Esplanade ... 12.5 kms of fabulous waterfront. This retreat is the perfect gateway to K'gari (Fraser Island) or that Whale Watching Cruise that you have always meant to do!
