It is an automated email with tracking and will always be sent 1 day prior to arrival date. Our guests will have complete access to the condo, including all of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen. Feel free to use the washer, dryer, iron, and parking space. This is your home away from home. Other things to note ELECTRICITY DAILY/WEEKLY RENTALS - *Electricity is included up to $5 per night for 1-bedroom, $10 per night for 2-bedroom, and $15 per night for 3-bedroom rentals on a daily or weekly basis. If you go over the daily limit, you'll need to settle that extra amount when you check out. The rate is US$0.40 per kw/h. Just a heads up, there’s no electricity deposit required for daily or weekly stays. MONTHLY RENTALS - *All monthly rentals (28 nights or more) don’t cover electricity costs. There’s a deposit of $500 for 1 and 2-bedroom units, and $750 for 3 and 4-bedroom units. Your electricity bill will depend on how much you use. The deposit is just to cover your actual usage, and any leftover amount will be refunded after you check out. Check the House Rules for more details. •ALL Monthly rentals (28 nights or more) - Electricity is extra and based on consumption. Price of electricity is not Included in the rental price and you pay based on your consumption. At check in and check out we read and take photo of the electricity meter. The rate is US$0.40 per kw/h. This is the estimated daily electricity consumption if the air conditioners are used at night. 1 bedroom = 5 USD per day 2 bedroom = 10 USD per day 3 bedrooms = 15 USD per day Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above. ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT RENTALS 28 nights or more: USD$500 1 & 2 BDR, $750 3 & 4 BDR per booking. Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption. Daily/weekly rentals do not have any deposit requirements. After booking and prior to arrival, we collect ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT via resolution center. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID. Refund will be processed via resolution center within 48 hours after check-out. You must sign personalized agreement within 48 hours plus send ID for all guests. Condominium/Resort/Gated Community on-site security requires in order to grant access to property. Please complete list of all occupants on the rental agreement and pre check in. It is crucial to highlight that pre-checking in, which includes sending ID for all guests, is mandatory to comply with Community HOA regulations. Moreover, completing the pre-check in will allow us to send you the check-in instructions and provide access to the property. Emphasizing the importance of pre-checking in to ensure compliance with Community HOA regulations, it is vital to note that by pre-registering all guests, following a similar process as hotels/resorts in the area, our on-site staff and security can efficiently grant access to the property. This obligatory procedure not only guarantees the safety of all guests but also ensures that only those entitled to the exclusive amenities can enjoy them. Self catering condo - Upon check in, you are provided with a starter package of supplies. We provide 1 bottle of drinking water 1.5L, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 bar (40g) hand soap in each bathroom, 1 bottle dishwashing soap, 1 handy-wipe, 1 sponge, 2 single serve coffee bags and filters, 1 single load laundry detergent, 1 box of matches, and 2 trash bags per container. If you need additional items, we would be happy to provide directions to the nearest grocery store. Beach towels are provided in the units. You will find them on the kitchen countertop along with our Welcome Book. There is no daily or mid stay housekeeping services. Linens and bath towels are located in the linen closets. We do not provide additional towels or bedsheets during your stay. There is a washer dryer that you can use to wash/dry sheets and towels. Professional photos - Due to contrast/saturation and monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online Property updates - We change linens/bedcovers, décor and equipment regularly to maintain our high standards. Photos of items from the gallery may differ in brand/color/pattern from the items you will find in the apartment. We are not responsible for temporary power/water/gas/cable tv/internet outages; however, we will do our best to contact property administration, vendors and/or technical support to address the issue as soon as possible. Transportation and other services requested will be arranged by Super Host and paid separate. Please also take the time to consider any personal sensitivities with traveling outside your home. We don't control weather, wildlife or can cater to each individual's sensitivities. Thank you for your personal responsibility in your choice to travel to Dominican Republic. With that being said, here mosquitoes are part of the nature & outdoors and you can’t have one without the other. Do your research on which mosquito repellent you prefer and pack a good supply to last the length of your stay. We have insects in Dominican Republic (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches and bugs). You also will see occasionally frogs and geckos in Dominican Republic around the vegetation everywhere. The insects/bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. We do pest control and spray the interior and exterior regularly. As long as you keep all the doors/windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get in. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional insect/bug in the house.
