The space Our property is a new construction, single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is free parking in front of the house along with free off street parking through the alley. We have a strict- NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING policy. Any violation will result in an $500 charge. Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and early morning hours. Before we confirm your stay, please let us know the purpose of your trip, the total number of guests, and the ages of everyone in your group.
