The furnishing of the Maria-Anna apartment is modern and equipped with some antique furniture as an "eye-catcher". The house was built in the 30s of the 20th century by the grandfather of the current owner. The apartment was renovated in January / February 2020 and can now be booked again. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house with a mansard roof in a central but quiet location in St. Peter in der Au. Market square with numerous shops and forest in each case 300 m away. There is a cozy wood-burning stove in the attic apartment, which you are welcome to heat up. Wood for this is stored at the carport. You have to chop wood yourself! The kitchen is fully equipped - we expect you to keep everything clean and put it back in its original state at the latest before departure. You can use the garden, deckchairs and grills are available. There is a sports field and a children's playground directly opposite. There is a public outdoor pool 250m away. All shops for everyday needs can be reached on foot. The house is ideal for people who want to live a little beyond the mainstream and have an eye for original details. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with extra living room area (satellite TV and WiFi and double pull-out couch) and two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1 single bed plus pull-out couch). The washing machine in the basement can be shared. The garden can be used as long as the activities don't upset the neighbors :-) Parking on the property is available, there are plenty of shops nearby. In Sankt Peter in der Au there is an outdoor pool, 4 inns, 2 coffee houses with bakeries and 3 supermarkets. You can find details on the website of the place. Guest access The apartment in the 1st floor has an own bathroom/toilet, a fully equipped Eat-In kitchen with an enclosed living room (SAT-TV and W-LAN, pull-out couch) and a sleeping room with piano. The washing machine in the cellar can be used by you. You can stay in the garden and feel free to do any open-air activity you like, as long as you do not disturb the neighbors. Other things to note The House has around 1000 sqm of Garden. Sunbeds, barbecue and enough chairs are available and can be used by you. In case you give us information at least 3 days before your arrival, we could provide a cot (15€ charge)
