The space: Studio Highlights: Sleep & Relax: Drift off in a comfortable queen-size bed and relax on our small but cozy couch. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your own meals with ease in the full kitchen, complete with a range w/built in air fryer, a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A small table provides a perfect spot for dining or working. In-Unit Convenience: Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer—no need to pack extra or search for a laundromat! Entertainment: Relax & Unwind > Make yourself at home! Enjoy your favorite shows from a whole new perspective with our ceiling-mounted Smart TV, plus complimentary access to Netflix on us! Whether you want some upbeat music or calming sounds, feel free to connect to our Bluetooth speaker and create your perfect atmosphere, Spotify access on us. Luxurious Bathroom: Refresh in the spacious, modern walk-in shower. Airflow: mini/split AC/Heat, 3 exhaust fans, and air purifier for constant freshness. Industry Access: Extremely convenient for guests working at Santa Clarita Studios or surrounding production hubs Guest access You will have exclusive and complete access to the entire private studio, which includes the comfortable living area, full kitchen, and private bathroom. In addition, feel free to use the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer and step outside to enjoy your private patio and BBQ grill. You will also have access to parking for one vehicle right outside the studio, in front of our main gate. Other things to note This studio is designed for a comfortable stay for two adults only. Due to the compact nature of the space and lack of child-proofing, this unit is not safe or comfortable for babies and young children. Please note that this is a private guest studio attached to our home yet it is completely separated. No one else will have access to your space. Important Safety Notice: Ceiling Mounted TV For your safety, please be aware that the ceiling-mounted TV is positioned high, and its lower corners and edges may be near head height for some guests when walking directly underneath. As this is a residential property, you may occasionally hear our resident dogs spending time in our fully fenced backyard area. This area is completely separate from your private studio and patio. While we work to ensure a peaceful stay, we do want to apologize in advance if you hear any occasional barking or excited noises from our furry babies during your visit.
