It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub, office space and deck. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire front house. Please note there are a few steps leading up to the entrance. A lockbox with keys is provided for easy check-in. The side entrance connected to the laundry area is off-limits. Pls do not open the shutter door. Thank you :) Other things to note There is a studio with a separate entrance at the back that is tenant-occupied. We kindly ask that you be mindful of space and privacy during your stay. Lastly, due to a city water conservation mandate, sprinkler use is limited to 2 days a week. As a result, our front lawn may appear dry or brown during certain times of the year. We appreciate your understanding as we do our part to support sustainable water use in the community.
