This guesthouse is fully separate from our home. The space Spread across two light-filled levels, this apartment includes: 🛏 King bedroom suite with premium linens, blackout curtains, and a full closet 🛋 Full-size sofa bed, best suited for children or two smaller adults. We provide a queen air mattress as well since the sofa bed is on the smaller side. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials 🚿 Updated bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and essentials 🧺 In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience 🚗 Private off-street parking and easy keyless self-check-in **Please note that outdoor spaces are not part of the rental area. Other things to note We have two Old English Sheepdogs who live with us on the property. They stay in our fenced-in backyard at all times and won’t have contact with guests. While we do our best to minimize any noise or disruption, you may occasionally see or hear them outside. Additional Notes: - All guests must be 18+ to book (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). - Please note that this is a no-smoking property. If smoking occurs indoors, a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply to remove smoke odor. - We love animals, but we can’t accommodate pets. If a pet is brought onto the property, a deep-cleaning fee of up to $500 will apply, and the reservation may be canceled. - Only the number of registered guests are permitted to stay on the property. Additional guests may visit with advance approval - we simply ask for transparency. - No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed at any time to comply with fire and insurance regulations. Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. - For everyone’s safety, exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording around the property, including the front door, driveway, and general exterior of the main home. These cameras monitor only the outside of the property — there are absolutely no cameras inside the guest house.
