Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire guesthouse, both levels are yours. Private entrance with keyless smartlock, one dedicated off-street parking spot, and in-unit washer/dryer. Outdoor spaces are not part of the rental area. Other things to note You’re steps from some of the best Conshohocken has to offer. Walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites right outside the door. The Schuylkill River Trail is nearby for morning runs or bike rides, and the train station puts Center City Philadelphia within easy reach. King of Prussia and the Main Line are both just minutes away by car. A few things to know before you book: 🐾 We have two Old English Sheepdogs who live on the property. They stay in our fenced backyard and won’t have contact with guests, but you may occasionally see or hear them outside. 📷 Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording around the property (front door, driveway, exterior of main home). There are absolutely no cameras inside the guesthouse. 🔞 All guests must be 18+ to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 🚭 No smoking indoors. A minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside. 🐶 No pets. A deep-cleaning fee of up to $500 applies if a pet is brought onto the property. 👥 Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors are welcome with advance notice — we just ask for transparency. 🎉 No parties or large gatherings at any time. Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
