Relax by the saltwater pool, grill 🔥 on the patio, and enjoy the huge yard with seating & giant Connect Four. Pool comes with safety vests in all sizes—pool safety is a top priority. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that no one is available on-site 24/7. We kindly ask that you review ALL house rules before booking (please refer to House Rules for more details). 🔐Security Cameras For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras only. - One camera monitors the garage area - One is located at the front door - One is located at the backyard entry - One faces the backyard and pool area These cameras are in place to help ensure a secure and comfortable stay. There are no cameras inside the home, and guest privacy is fully respected. **POOL RULES** No Running, No Diving, No animals, No Food, and No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers. ***REPLACEMENT COST** Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any missing items, and items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay. $ Fees & Policies -Extra Guest Fee: $20 per guest/night after 4 guests -Late Check-Out: $150/hour unless pre-approved in writing -Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors or near entryways. $500 fee applies if smoke is detected in the property 🐾Pet Policy We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval before booking. A pet fee ranging from $150 to $300 may apply, depending on the number and type of pets. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following guidelines: • Breed & Size Restrictions: Certain breeds or pets over 100 los may not be permitted. Please inquire before booking. • Behavior Expectations: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and not disruptive to neighbors. • Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended inside the home or yard unless crated. • Furniture Rules: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture unless protective covers are used. • Cleaning Requirements: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. • Damage Liability: Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest, separate from the pet fee. • Vaccination & Health: Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of fleas or ticks. We love hosting furry friends, and these policies help us keep our home safe and enjoyable for everyone! Guest access On the same day of your arrival, you will receive the check-in instructions. Entire space and all the amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home! EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT ALLOWED : Please message me to confirm availability. Other things to note Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please read all house rules before booking. NO SMOKING OR MARIJUANA USE – STRICTLY ENFORCED Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere inside the home, including marijuana & cigarettes. Evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside the home (including odors that require additional cleaning or deodorization) will result in additional cleaning and remediation charges to restore the space for the next guest. Extra guest fee: $20/night/person from the 4th guest onwards. NOTE: Please do not mess with the pool equipments. Tampering with the pool equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation. We are not responsible for any injury from our bunk beds and/or property. Guest assumes liability for any accidents, death, or dismemberment upon the booking of this property.
