Evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside the home (including odors that require additional cleaning or deodorization) will result in additional cleaning and remediation charges to restore the space for the next guest. Smoking is permitted outside only, at least 15 feet from doors and windows, and all remnants must be disposed of properly. • No unsupervised minors in the pool area. • No running in the pool area. • No glass in the pool. • There is no lifeguard on duty, therefore guests are responsible for their safety in the pool area. • Quiet hours are observed after 12AM to keep a peaceful environment. • Only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed in the toilet. • Please be respectful and help keep the house clean We are not responsible for any injury from our bunk beds and/or property.
