House Rules No smoking inside of the property. Mandatory weekly cleaning for long stays (5 days or more): includes change of linen, with an additional cost of 10 USD. Dishes must be washed by guests. Trash must be placed in the large basket on the street. Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in: Flexible from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm (ask for other times). Check-out: 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Chilean guests: notify when crossing customs to coordinate flexible check-in times. Only guests may use the facilities. Guest access Vistalba Scape is located in a Private Neighborhood, when you enter the guard will tell you how to get to the home. Other things to note The property has only the Garden as a shared space. There is only one house for rent that will be your accommodation, the other house is completely separate and belongs to the hosts. Both the Pool and the Grill are for the GUEST'S EXCLUSIVE USE. Everything else is totally private for the guest. You will have your house key and your electric gate keychain. Only guests may use the facilities.
